“Safe, economical, clean place to stay.”
The facility was very well maintained, but the coffee machine was broken.

I was extremely satisfied with the exceptional hospitality of the owner, his family and all staff and the pride and effort they take to make every customer’s stay excellent! I liked my entire stay.
Only a few minutes drive from Listowel, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The facility had a washer and dryer on site at a reasonable cost. We were there the first week of August, and the surrounding farms were spraying manure, so it was a bit pungent. I would go back but choose a different time of year. The shower didn’t have a safety bar, and the tub was quite high, so for older travelers it was difficult and dangerous getting in and out of the shower.

The hotel was charming, cozy, and set in a rural area; although the building is older, the interior was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice, yet the air conditioner was noisy and I couldn’t adjust the eco setting, so it kept cycling on and off.
Checking in and out was easy. The door had a double lock.
