The location was fine, but the staff weren’t all friendly, the cleanliness didn’t meet the standard, and some of the items we used in the room were expired.

I liked everything; I forgot to mention earlier that the staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the receptionist who was amazing, helped me in the room when my card was declined, and was very professional. The restaurant staff could use a bit of training, but it was okay and the food was very nice.

Excellent stay! Breakfast was delicious, the seaside location was perfect, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The facilities were outstanding and very well maintained. The wide range of activities—padel, tennis, football, basketball, squash courts, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing spa—made this hotel even more special. Highly recommended for both relaxation and sports enthusiasts; I would definitely stay here again.
