The room and bed were comfortable, yet they didn’t give breakfast even though I paid extra for it. The front desk staff was very rude; we were three families of four, all staying in the same room, but each family received a different refund for breakfast—one friend got $46, another $35, and I got $30. When I asked, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, ruining the day for me, my kids, and my friends, and showing a complete lack of empathy.
