Novotel Gdańsk Marina

The view from the window and the distance to the sea were nice, and the pool water was warm. When I booked, I could pick a room with a balcony for an extra fee, so I chose it, but the hotel had no balconies – that was the main reason I chose this place. Even after asking the staff to send an email and reporting the discrepancy, they claimed the staff had no fault and that the problem was with the booking, which is hard to believe since the people who post listings on different portals apparently never check what the hotel actually offers.

The hotel is very close to the sea, which is a big plus, and the pool water was warm enough for a child to use without issues. When I booked, I had the option to choose a room with a balcony for an extra fee, so I selected it, but on arrival the hotel turned out to have no balconies at all – that was the main reason I chose this place.
