The location was convenient for reaching my family’s house. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the sheets felt dirty, we had to shake them and re‑make the bed. The floor wasn’t swept, the bathroom was untidy, and there was no toilet paper. I rented for three people but only received two towels, and there was no soap or shampoo, which I think wasn’t included in the description.

“Nunca hubo hospedaje”

I never managed to stay because the phone number listed on their platform and in the external ad said they had no line, which seemed odd for a serious company. The chat was only partially functional; they didn’t respond after that. I couldn’t figure out how to check in. My arrival was scheduled for 3 pm, but I got there at 4 pm and they told me to wait. I sent more messages, got replies, but then no further answers about any issue with my stay, even after waiting two hours outside. I decided to look for another place after 7 pm due to their silence, and only at 8:32 pm did they email me a key and instructions. I expected a chat reply, not an email, and the timing was absurd since they say check‑in starts at 3 pm, which I had confirmed. Their response—or lack thereof—was unprofessional and unethical.

The place is well located and the staff responded quickly. I wish there were more social areas for comfort (I didn’t see or get shown any) and the room lacked basic furniture like a chair or a small table.

Comfortable, good price, and Sophia was very nice. The shower was either too hot or too cold.
