The breakfast staff were very courteous and friendly, but the pedestrian passage gets very noisy at night, so a room closer to the Saar would have been much better.

The hotel suggests parking outside with a larger car rather than in the underground garage, and that advice is entirely justified—even with a smaller car, fitting and measuring is an issue.

“Bien situé au centre de la ville”

Even though the hotel had no reception after noon, someone was reachable to hand me my key, and I was lucky to see a staff member use their key to unlock the elevator on the correct floor since there were no instructions; the key also opens the main door, which is useful because it locks early in the evening. It’s the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has heating, and with the cold weather it was a real relief! The breakfast was very good, but my room was against the elevator shaft, so the noise from the elevator was audible every time it moved.

“Séjour très moyen pour une nuit.”

The hotel’s central location and varied breakfast were great, yet there was no front‑desk staff after noon, and we struggled to get a new key code—quite a hassle, especially since we don’t speak German and the lack of staff made things even harder.

“Sollte ich nochmal nach Saarbrücken kommen würde ich durchaus wieder hier buchen.”

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone jedoch von hinten Zufahrt zur Garage. Die zentrale Lage führte leider auch nachts zu einer Geräuschkulisse durch Passanten in der Fußgängerzone die nicht komplett durch das Schließen der Fenster zu unterdrücken war
