The room and its coziness were perfect! Communication via chat was poor: the first request for confirmation came after payment had already been made, and after I asked about confirmation I received no answers at all, which was unsatisfactory.

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff throughout the hotel showed excellent hospitality. Everyone was friendly and answered all my many questions promptly via WhatsApp. The massage was not ideal, so I wouldn't recommend it.

On the first day they didn’t tell me that water was paid for, and only when we checked out did they mention the charge.
