I had a very bad experience; there were no proper facilities. When I booked, they promised an air‑conditioned room, yet at check‑in I was handed a non‑AC room and they charged extra for AC, which felt like a scam.

Do not book this hotel. I had a terrible experience and felt completely scammed. I had specifically booked an AC room, confirmed in the booking details and verified by customer service, but at check‑in the hotel refused to provide it and forced me to pay extra. The main manager was indifferent and refused to help, while the staff ignored our complaints. The room was extremely small, infested with mosquitoes, and the electricity cut out twice for over half an hour with no backup generator. This place is a total nightmare with useless management—save your money and stay elsewhere!
