“I’m not sure I would return. The value isn’t worth it.”
The location. The terrace was closed. The staff was rude about it. The rooms are fine but pretty generic. No lobby or spaces you can be outside the room…

The only good thing about this place is its location—in a nice neighborhood with local coffee shops and close to all the cool shops. When we arrived, we saw there was no space at all in the room; if you booked a twin, expect zero floor space for your suitcase and no wardrobe. The sheets were dirty, so we told them and they swapped them for new ones that were even dirtier, which upset me because that’s the bare minimum. The staff were indifferent, clearly uncaring. Our key card stopped working multiple times, so we kept getting locked out. There’s no room service, and you have to practically beg for fresh towels. This place doesn’t feel or operate like a hotel at all. I’d advise avoiding it if you can. I still had a great time in NY, but I wish I’d booked a legit hotel in the area.

The location is the best, but I wish the terrace was higher.

The location was great, but the room was advertised for four people with large beds, yet it actually had only two half‑size beds and offered very little space; on top of that, the floor leaked during rain.
