“Schatz am Lago Maggiore”

A hidden gem in Cannobio’s old town that blew me away. The setting is gorgeous, the spot by the lake is quiet, parking is super close, and the restaurant is incredible. The breakfast each morning was personalized and still leaves me amazed.

We stayed in a spacious, beautifully detailed room that felt like home. Being right in the heart of Cannobio’s old town was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and complete, with nothing missing. Mario, the host, was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at ease and we’d gladly return. Highly recommended!

The location in the old town is amazing, yet far enough from harbour noise, and a short walk takes you to the lakeside. Communication with the owner was excellent. Breakfast was gorgeous, with many choices and extra vegan options for us. The room was spotless and super comfy, complete with a lovely balcony to relax on. Nothing to complain about.
