“Very disappointed”

The room was very dirty and had no cups, tea, coffee, or kettle, and I didn’t like any of it.

“Stayed hear a few times now as I visit South Shields often. Great value for money”

The hotel sits right in the town centre, making it super convenient for exploring.

The location is great and the bed was comfy, plus the room was clean. However, the room’s position made it noisy from outside, and building work started early in the morning from the next door. The shower and sink were in the room but there was no toilet, so I had to use the communal one across the corridor.

“Very comfortable clean well looked after”

The room was very clean and excellent, but I didn’t like that it wasn’t manned; nobody was there to greet you or address any issues, which was the only problem.
