The large lodge was very clean with a hot tub that was excellent for a group getaway; however, the road leading up to the lodges is full of potholes, not good for tyres or suspension on my car, and the barbecue was rusty and dirty, needing a deep clean before I could use it.

Everything was high‑standard and modern. Nothing was lacking; it was gorgeous.

A fantastic lodge for a group outing; the hot tub was superb, the entire place spotless, and the setting gorgeous. The little park was great for the kids. However, one room with a removable bed was so cramped that the door wouldn’t close when the bed was in place.

Location was great, amenities were nice and everything to make what you needed. Tv good. Beds comfy. Neighbours too close, hottub dirty, 24 hour out of hours line heard nothing when neighbours partying while 3.30am when apparently strict 9am deadline for noise. Arrived nearby and politely asked for early check in, got a very abrupt response. Outside furniture unusable as not kept inside and wet due to thunderstorm. No hosepipe on our lodge which was safety feature of bbq

The location was peaceful, but the gravel road leading to the lodge was a drawback.
