The location was convenient and there was a parking garage to park the car, but the rooms showed obvious wear and tear.

The service was good, with very friendly staff and a decent location, yet the room was missing a large mirror.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive, but the shower in my room was not working, forcing me to shower in another room; I would consider staying again, though this incident must be reported.

The service was fine, but I was short on towels (only one bath towel, no face towel), the soap holder was tiny, and there was only one soap.

The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, as we were not impressed with the room, the breakfast, or the cleanliness. The numerous stairs to climb were also a nuisance, and we encountered a dead cockroach on the carpet.
