It’s in the center, but the host took a long time to reply, corridor noise kept us from sleeping, we requested breakfast at 7:30 for a train and it wasn’t ready on time or good, and the WiFi was unreliable.

The decor was lovely, breakfast on the terrace was delicious and a great start to the day, the bed was very soft, staff were welcoming and helpful, and the beach location was excellent; I hadn’t read the details, so I wasn’t prepared for all the stairs up and inside the property, but the staff helped with my large, heavy bag.

It was in a grim back street, felt uncomfortable staying there, especially with internal cameras watching us while we paid; we were not made to feel welcome, and Ventimiglia’s old town was very shabby and run down—avoid.

The spot is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, and everything you need is a walk away. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room felt snug, and the view was stunning. Breakfast was served beautifully on a rooftop table surrounded by plants and decorated with antique vases—everything was just perfect.
