I broke a toe while staying there and they kept giving me ice and even moved me to a second room where I could be more comfortable; they were incredibly kind.

The rooms were completely quiet, which I appreciated, but I was disappointed that a five‑star hotel didn’t have a pool. When we arrived we had to ask for both the TV remote and the coffee because they weren’t in the room. The front‑desk staff weren’t particularly friendly, and they gave us several wrong times for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi itself wasn’t very clean – I saw hair in it – and you have to walk through the gym to get there, which is quite inconvenient, especially since the changing rooms are far away.

The rooms were clean, which was great, but the breakfast was tiny for a party of four and the shower water was cold. After a certain hour it became impossible to get back into the hotel.

“Un hotel perfecto, para un destino inolvidable”

The rooms are very pretty and you can tell they put effort into cleaning and maintaining them, and honestly nothing bothered us.
