It was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and kind, with a wonderful warm‑welcome arrangement; there was nothing to complain about.

The room was good, but the elevator was a problem.

I like the hotel service as always, and the restaurant is good, pretty, and cheap; I didn’t like that it’s under renovation, but I understand it’s for improvement.

The location is great, but there was no shampoo or body wash when we arrived, and it was hard to speak with reception.
