“"Beautiful hotel, but terrible handling of booking disputes."”

The Good: The hotel itself is wonderful, clean, and exactly what you expect from an international brand. The frontline staff were very nice. It is perfectly located right by Terminal 3, which is why I chose it—to relax, pack, and avoid traffic before our flight. The Bad: The way management handles third-party reservations is highly disappointing. I booked a room for 17k PHP for my two sons and myself with breakfast explicitly included. The next morning, they tried to charge me an additional 4k PHP for breakfast. Even after showing the manager my original confirmation and receipts proving breakfast was included, they still forced me to pay 1,200 PHP. Instead of settling the communication mistake between Marriott and internally, they made it the customer's problem. I had to waste my morning arguing with the manager and rushing for my flight rather than relaxing. Management needs to respect the confirmed rates their guests pay online

“A grand and beautiful hotel with world-class staff at all levels.”

One of Manila’s grandest hotels, offering on one side a vast panorama of lush greenery and on the other a complex of cafés, restaurants, and shops of every desire. Beyond the excellent room and facilities, it is the world‑class staff who make this the best hotel for me in the city; at reception, the lobby café & bar, the spa, or housekeeping, everyone is extraordinarily kind and efficient, so it’s a pleasure just to be within the hotel walls.
