“Très agréable”
The room was gorgeous, the welcome was warm, and I felt right at home! Nothing to add.
The house sits on a beautiful plot and looks great. David is a very gracious and social host who strives to help whenever needed. Because it’s an older house, most sounds from the home can be heard from the room, and the bathroom is shared with other guests.
“Tout a été parfait.”
Everything was great, even the very pleasant breakfast. The only downside was the lack of quiet.

David was an exceptional host—charming, accommodating, and responsive to our questions about his amazing house; we even chatted about his exciting future plans. The bedroom was fabulous, spotless, and super comfortable, letting us sleep soundly. Breakfast in the lovely garden was a treat. The separate shared bathroom was clean and pleasant. The property sits on a quiet street yet is close to town, making it ideal for a quick overnight stop. We wish David and his wife all the best with their future endeavors and will definitely return. The only downside was limited parking, but that wasn’t an issue for us; we managed to block someone else and were able to let them out in time.
