Graffiti Hotel Rooftop - Central Location

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were newly furnished. The location is close to the metro and a bus stop. However, the hotel has no reception; you receive a key‑code to open the door. The building’s exterior looks unremarkable, and inside there is no elevator, with a very narrow staircase. Breakfast is prepared by the staff at the terrace and you can only dine on the terrace on pallet furniture or in a room that doesn’t have space for two. Parking is only available in the blue zone nearby, when you find an open spot. Cleaning could be better, especially in details such as gaps in the shower corner.

Self‑check‑in was easy, the place was quiet, tidy, and well‑located. I asked for details for a late check‑in by phone, even though I already had them in an email, but I wasn’t paying attention. The bedding was good, the room was cool, I think the AC was running a lot, and I arrived late in the evening.

The room had everything you need, it was clean, the location was great, the room was quiet, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant. We had breakfast on the roof and it was very nice.

Elena was top. The breakfast was amazing and the service was fantastic! The room smelled a bit musty when I arrived, but after a whole day of ventilation it was fine. The room’s floor was not ideal, since there is no elevator.
