The place was truly cozy, with a lot of attention to detail in the home. The courtyard garden was superb. I’ll definitely come back if I’m heading to Holland or further south, and it’s also a good stop on the way to France or Spain.

Villa Pats is a charming, small B&B right in the quiet heart of Gilze. The living room/kitchen downstairs feels cozy and is beautifully decorated, with all the comforts you could ask for—perfect for a relaxed weekend getaway and especially for a good chat! The bedroom is one level up and has four beds; they were just right and we slept well. Just had to get used to the slanted walls of the roof.
