“Desastre”

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, you could see for miles. Unfortunately, the host’s service left a lot to be desired and felt pretty indifferent. It was a mixed bag – great scenery but disappointing hospitality.

“Perfeito!”

What a fantastic spot – the scenery was breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. Every staff member was polite and made us feel welcome, and the whole place felt cozy and comfortable. I even celebrated my birthday there and the owner surprised me with flowers, which was a sweet touch.

The staff were genuinely friendly and did their best, but the place was missing a lot of basics. Breakfast ran out of everything and there wasn’t even a roll of toilet paper in sight, and the garden path to the beach was filthy. A simple, thoughtful addition to the breakfast table would have made a big difference.

“Booking precisa ter mais controle o que nos oferece. Erro duplo”

The pictures online were misleading – the reality was far from what was advertised and turned out to be the worst stay my wife has ever had. The staff were rude, a huge wet dog kept wandering into the room and onto the kitchen tables, the kitchen was dirty, the room smelled bad, towels were damp, and the TV had no remote while we were blamed for breaking it. After paying for eight nights we were forced out after just a day and had to find another hotel, so we won’t be returning.

“Instalação deixou a desejar, a paisagem da pousada é linda!”

The scenery around the property is gorgeous, but the arrival experience was a bit shaky, probably because of the rain. The suite lacked a bathroom door, the sink faucet barely dripped, the sheets seemed used, and the bed creaked loudly. With no blackout curtains and a window that opened onto a washed‑out passage, the room offered little privacy or darkness.
