The hotel was close to many places, but there was a lot of drama with occupants staying out there; police came to the hotel to investigate what was happening with the occupants, who were verbally very loud.

Low cost; they called to check me in when I arrived a day later than expected, and it’s a walk to the baseball stadium, but hot water was not working in the shower.
