“Really cute idea executed abysmally”
Very cute design. The delay in the messaging platform was maddening, it took me two extra hours to get into the unit. I had to call the property owners to get answers. The building was a mess, covered in dirt and debris. The walls are paper thin, allowing you to hear everything anyone else is doing. Other tenants were not honoring quiet hours, making sleep impossible for me. I paid for, but didn't stay the second night. No refund or any other compensation offered, just pleasant wishes on my stay somewhere else
