The toilet was completely blocked, the floor flooded when we turned on the shower and we couldn't bathe; the place didn't answer the phone, only a voicemail was available. The TV remote didn't work, and a fridge was placed next to the head of the bed, which made noise when it cooled. Hotel Folden promised a discount on the bill.
