No positive comments. No negative comments. There was no commitment to bookings on Booking; when I arrived tired from traveling, the staff told me that my reservation for two rooms was not available and that only one room existed. I asked him to cancel the booking through him so I wouldn’t incur fees, but the Sudanese colleague on site said he could not cancel the booking on my behalf.
