The location, parking, and friendly staff were great! It was a bit uncomfortable, but I already knew that.

It’s small but has a bathroom and a tiny fridge in the room, plenty of light, a small kitchen and a coffee machine in the hallway, and it’s very cheap. The sheets are old and don’t cover the mattress fully, the mattresses are already worn out and need replacing, we couldn’t turn on the air conditioner, the shower handle is broken, and we were told that the water tank in the room next door was leaking and that was “just how a motel is”.

The room and bathroom are fine. The bathroom is shared with only one neighbor. The bed is very hard, but the blanket is warm. The kitchen is very small and smells like fish. The entrance is oddly through the back yard and basement. The instructions are mainly in Russian and Lithuanian, not English.

The administrator was very pleasant. The room was tidy and fairly clean. There were spaces to park a car in the yard. Given the price, it really met expectations. If the windows face the street, it’s definitely noisy, but closing them makes the room quiet.
