The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very friendly, but we found a cockroach in our room and a window was left open when the cleaners arrived, which isn’t ideal.

The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shops, the room décor is lovely, and breakfast is superb with a wide selection, but the staff are inconsistent—some are helpful, others curt and dismissive—and remember the hotel sits atop a steep hill.
