Jan and Kevin are the perfect hosts, taking all their time with the guests and being very helpful and friendly; Kevin even took us to a restaurant in Lynton for our evening meal and picked us up later. The whole B&B is decorated with very nice colourful paintings from Jan and is located perfectly, making for a very pleasant stay. Nothing negative.

The guest house sits outside Lynton on a quiet road, so there's little noise from cars or traffic, which is very relaxing. The room was large, and owners Kevin and Jan were excellent and couldn't do enough for you; we stayed 2 nights and they served a lovely breakfast. The only downside is that you have to drive to get anywhere as it’s situated outside the main town, and the guest house is slightly dated basic and could use an update.

The setting is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, Kevin was very welcoming and did a great breakfast, and the place is very dog friendly.

Good parking, close to Lynton, nice, large and clean bathroom, spacious room. The breakfast service was dirty, the hosts and friends in the common areas, felt a bit too private, the dog was clingy, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

It felt like home, cleaned to a high standard, the host was lovely, safe parking for our motorbike, and we could see from the room.
