The Ambassador Apparthotel, located 20 km from Munich, offers modern rooms with free WiFi and private parking. This family-run hotel, renovated in 2012, features flat-screen TVs, en suite bathrooms, and some rooms with balconies. A daily breakfast buffet is served, and a fitness studio is directly opposite. The hotel is a 25-minute train ride from Munich Main Station and a 3-minute drive from the A99 motorway.

It was comfortable for visiting Munich, close to the train station, and everything was fine.

The heating and fridge didn’t work, and we had to wait for the caretaker who turned out not to be in Munich at all. In the afternoon the staff were extremely unfriendly when we asked for a replacement room because of the heating and fridge issue. We didn’t know if any other room’s fridge worked. The caretaker had only taken over the hotel a year ago. He also mentioned that it wasn’t even the heating season, yet it was 7 °C at night. No other rooms were available. No apology was offered. The staff behaved very poorly. The rooms were not very clean, and the balcony door was broken. Because of the unfriendly treatment and the cold in the room, we left early.

The room was big, the supermarket was so close, the owner was very helpful, and the balcony was nice, but there are no restaurants in the area.

The environment was clean and pleasant, though a bit far, but the metro is just a few meters away.
