A generous room, good lighting, and for a three‑star hotel a good setup with a fridge, a table with two chairs, and a shower with plenty of water. There was also an on‑site restaurant where you can eat well, and it’s close to the train station for exploring Perugia. Bikes can be stored safely, and it’s a friendly family run. The furnishings were a bit dated, but that didn’t bother us. The highway right next to it is noisy, but with the windows closed it’s almost inaudible.
