The private onsen was fantastic, the overall vibe of the place was superb, and the food was amazing, though the road up to the hotel was a bit of a climb.

Everything was great, especially the rooftop onsen, but the food was strictly traditional Asian and nothing else.

Everything—from service to facilities—met my expectations, though being on a lower floor meant a few mosquitoes got in, which made pest control feel a bit lacking.

The hospitality far exceeded the price of the room; the food was superb, and the surprise wedding cake for my son, the commemorative photo, and the couple’s chopsticks gift all turned into wonderful memories. I have no complaints at all.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring two baths; the Hell Spa was right next door, dinner was lavish, breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
