All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived on the first and my room wasn’t available till the next day, due to someone wanting it for another day in which shouldn’t have to do with me, they give me a discount but it come out of my money anyway as the room they gave me was less than the other one. Hot Water wasn’t working and had no pressure, internet was off for at least 2 days
