The place looks nice, nothing really surprising. I think it could improve a lot for the price; the room had a slightly damp smell, the bathroom seemed to have a drainage issue, and it definitely had a bad odor. They could offer more activities than just the pool, maybe board games. The service was also a bit lukewarm.

This family‑run spot is welcoming and the owners communicate well; the property stays tidy and offers a nice view of Azogues, with showers that have strong pressure and hot water. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they’re a bonus, and the breakfast buffet was impressive and thoughtfully prepared. Because the venue hosts events, I’d avoid staying on weekends if you’re planning to sleep: fireworks erupt right outside the bedroom window after 10 pm and loud music plays until after 2 am. The location isn’t near anything walkable, and taxis or Ubers are hard to find, so having a car is better. Sunday to Tuesday were quiet and pleasant.

The staff handled everything smoothly and managed situations well, and honestly there was nothing I didn’t like.

We liked the rooms, especially the king’s room which was excellent for people with disabilities. The hotel’s cleanliness and the large party room were also appreciated. We celebrated a 15th birthday party there and had a great time. I didn’t like that it was far and almost secluded from restaurants and stores.
