The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, the breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the tea at the buffet was exactly what I needed to start my day. Overall, it was a good experience and worth the money.

The staff were very understanding and met all our requests, and the location was convenient, close to the railway station and the passport seva kendra. However, the location, service, and cleanliness left something to be desired.

Personnel tres bien, chambre super et excellent restaurant. Enormes problèmes de connexion avec un wi fi pourtant non sécurisé. Connexions ouvertes simplement pour 24h - et avec de nombreuses tentatives infructueuses ( avec pourtant l’aide du personnel!). Très bon restaurant mais attente interminable( compter 40 mn dans une salle pourtant quasi vide). Mesquinerie inappropriée dans un établissement de ce style qui facture l’eau minérale au petit déjeuner

Everything was spotless, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only downside is that they don’t accept international credit cards.
