The river views are lovely, but the place is dirty and gloomy, with cobwebs everywhere, grime, my room was slanted, and we had to flip the bed because it was impossible to sleep.

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating, always trying to please guests. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is quiet, impeccably clean, and has a stunning setting right by the river. Everything was perfect.
