The bed was comfortable and the position was perfect for walking to my house, but the elevator was super slow, breakfast was very limited and not good, the price was high, the evening shift staff were not very good, I had to pay for parking, and there were only a few towels for a stay of 3 nights.

I had stayed here before and the room keys kept resetting about five times a day, so I had to go to reception to have them reactivated; that was inconvenient and needs fixing.

The front desk woman Catalina was very helpful she provided us with recommendations regardingplaces to eat. She also told us about a shuttle from the hotel to the port for our cruise.we were told it was free by her then we were told by a man we had to use Uber. We shouldnot have had to pay for it however we did 65.00 which other places told me free. The uber should have been free not taking my money for something I was told was free
