“Beautiful area of the city centre”
Check‑in was smooth, and Chiara was fantastic—she helped a lot. We stayed in a suite in the building next door; the rooms were spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning and shower were excellent. The elevators made moving luggage easy, and Chiara recommended some great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the city. I did dislike that there was no 24‑hour reception; we had a concern in the middle of the night, called the number they gave us, but received no response.
“Boutique perfecta en Nápoles”
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything you need. The pillows were not the most comfortable, they were worn out, and even after asking for a new set I never received one.

The place was spot on and spotless.

Getting there from the train station was straightforward: a downhill 800 m walk, and the bus station to the old part of town is just around the corner. The staff were very friendly; a gentleman at the desk replaced a lost key card on the first night and was very understanding. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel sits on a street lined with clothing stores, and a grocery shop is 150 m away for essentials. There was no breakfast offered, but we were prepared for that and could easily grab pastries from cafés up the road. The air‑conditioning was poor—there was little airflow, it was centrally controlled at the desk so I couldn’t adjust it, and it was over 34 °C in Naples at the time. Both nights we were uncomfortably warm, and when we mentioned it to the lady at the desk it didn’t change.
The staff and location were good, but I would recommend sealing the bathroom door.
