The location is central at Wittenbergplatz, but the breakfast room is small and cramped; a lot of plastic waste is produced during breakfast. Rooms near the Wittenbergplatz are noisy at night when the windows are open, and nicotine from the Italian bar below also seeps into the rooms.

The breakfast is good and offers good value for money; the room has a fridge, hairdryer, TV, and two comfortable chairs. The pension is housed in an old building, which is evident in the rooms and shows signs of deferred maintenance.

I liked the location a lot; it is a very well connected square, with several means of transport easily available, and a supermarket right downstairs from the hotel. I appreciated the breakfast and the quiet room. The light in the bathroom was really bad, making it difficult to use the mirror for anything. The bed sheets and towels looked really old.

The location has good connections to the city. You have to pay extra for fresh towels every day, and you also have to pay for a bath mat, which is a pity. Breakfast is simple but fine.
