The property is in a well maintained awesome location; accessible to highway/public transportation, grocery store, eateries, activities and gas station within the vicinity. The property is well kept with the exception of low water pressure and wasn’t able to utilize the bathtub due to a mechanical issue. It was brought to management attention shortly after check-in and later. We were informed that the engineer would look into it and no one ever showed up. Also, it would be nice to have a coffee/tea station for guest outside of operational hours of 6am-10am

We loved the hotel’s location and how clean everything was, and the staff went out of their way to solve our issues. When we couldn’t book the “park and cruise” online, the reception team arranged it so we could leave the car in the lot. We also complained about the breakfast, and the bar staff gave us two $10 vouchers for Marriott hotels as a goodwill gesture. The breakfast, however, was just a fridge with a few cold drinks and yogurts; having paid for it through Booking, we got no hot coffee and felt it wasn’t worth the price.

Everyone was super nice, and local restaurants were just 2 blocks away. If you’re traveling with kids, there’s a park a block away. The room was very clean, and from the window you could even see the ship while cruising. The only downside was that I was craving a bath after traveling and the hotel only offered a shower; otherwise, nothing negative about the place, just my personal preference.
