The only good thing was the view of the pyramids from the room. The staff were almost absent; from the moment we arrived we pointed out that we were given only two towels even though there were three of us. The first night we were told no more were available because they were finished. The next day, one of the owners took dirty towels from another room and handed them to us right before our eyes. We were also not given toilet paper. I had booked a Jacuzzi room, but we found only an old yellowed tub without a whirlpool and with all the pipes visible. The shower drain didn’t work properly, only one side supplied water; the sink tap was loose and seemed like it would fall off soon, and it often didn’t close correctly. Most bathroom items were broken (e.g., towel rack). The air conditioner didn’t work properly and leaked a lot of water inside the room, so we couldn’t leave our backpacks on the floor. The terrace looked dangerous and abandoned. We never received breakfast, even though it was included in the price. The elevator smelled like feces, and the stairs were inaccessible due to maintenance work. The whole property was dilapidated and dirty, as was the street it’s on. I strongly advise against staying here.
The view from the room of the pyramids and the detail of the swan‑shaped towel on the bed when we arrived on the first day were nice. There was no daily housekeeping, and several times during the day the tap and shower ran out of water. Daily toilet paper was missing, and when we arrived there was no shower or soap. As an extra service, the hotel offered us two days of taxi and a private tour of Giza and Cairo for a fixed price; however, on the second day of the tour the guide asked for an additional 20 dollars to continue the tour. This is not professional at all, and I recommend not booking any extra services at this hotel.
“Manzarası güzel oda büyük ama gerekli özeni göstermemiş çalışanlar”
The view and the pool are good. There were no towels or slippers, no water in the rooms, and the soap ran out. The view is nice but the windows were very dirty.
The experience was wonderful, and everything was excellent.
I never even entered the hotel; I was sent a text, but when we approached with a taxi under the hotel we were literally frightened by the location in an unsafe neighborhood, especially with a child, a total chaos and untrustworthy people. Even the taxi told us not to stay there. So we left immediately, and the reception texted me saying “this is a safe area, the taxi will scam you.” No experience to remember.
