Todo, Simon at arrival explains everything you need to navigate Rome. An excellent host. The room was very clean and very comfortable, a good mattress that after the walks is ideal for resting. I would recommend it without hesitation and if we return to Rome I’ll definitely repeat. The breakfast isn’t bad at all. Nada.

Excellent place to stay in this beautiful and amazing city. Simon, who welcomed us, was extremely polite and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and our room was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely choose it again when I visit Rome in the future!

The spot was perfect, just 3 minutes to the metro and a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum, and the host Simon was incredibly helpful—he gave us a map, explained the transport rules in detail, and suggested local attractions and restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious 😋 and everything else was great 🙂
