“Decent setup with great location !”

It’s a budget‑friendly hotel with a decent family setup, and the staff—especially Ajay and his team—were always polite and helpful, giving a big thumbs up; however, the property needs urgent maintenance, better parking, and the breakfast could have offered more options.

The pool was clean and the staff attentive, but the ambience didn’t match the pictures and the resort’s 4‑star claim; basic items like condiments and tissues were missing from the room, so it wasn’t worth the price.

Location: 2 minutes to the sea; the hotel is near the beach, a 2‑minute walk. The bungalows have a small terrace and a central pool that’s well kept. The rooms themselves feel thin, outdated, with gaps, a cockroach in the bathroom, and everything inside looks worn out. The wardrobe shelves are covered in minty newspaper, dust layers on the closet, and the pillows were moldy. The room clearly needs repairs. Breakfast was sparse; you could ask for eggs, toast, butter, jam, and sometimes two pots of local cuisine were offered. There are many cafés nearby.

“Dirty and basic beyond belief and did not feel safe at all”

Nothing was good—everything was awful: dirty bed linens, wafer‑thin towels, and the stay was so bad that we left immediately and found another place; it didn’t match the website description at all.
