The location was excellent, but getting the room keys was a nightmare because there was no staff at all; when I opened the apartment door a disgusting odor hit me (it cleared after ventilating), and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

The location is fine, but the cleanliness was terrible: I had to find my own room keys because no one knew where they were, the bed sheets scratched my body, the room was too small for what was shown, and the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The kitchen was a mess—dirty and disorganized.

“Good for a few days trip”

I liked the overall closeness to the center, we walked a few minutes and we were in the center. The bed wad comfortable, and i didnt find any problems sleeping. Tv is smart tv , and the shower was big enough for 2 people. i didnt like the fact that on the first day i had to "treasure hunt" my keys. On the message i received on whatsapp it told me i would find them outside the door easily but they were not there. Fortunately enough the "phone" reception was kind enough to help me look for them. Also please text them a few days ahead for the door code

“Lo recomiendo”

The staff were very friendly, the room was immaculate, and the location is wonderful—close to supermarkets, taverns, and the main tourist areas of the city.

“Esperienza terribile, a partire dalle informazioni fornitemi sul prezzo del parcheggio errate, passando per l’aria condi”

The spot was clean and easy to find, but the AC was a hassle, the directions to the hotel were wrong, the room and parking info were off, and the pillows were subpar.
