The place was close to the center, clean, and had good facilities. However, the reception staff left us confused about where to get the chalet keys when we arrived after a traffic jam; a message with instructions would have helped.

Great place, but basic. No glasses, cutlery, or plates were provided. The sheets and towels were brand new. The location was quiet.

Friendly service. Nothing else to note.

The location gives a peaceful, calm vibe. Comfort, hygiene, and cleanliness were excellent. However, there was no small table or counter for guests to place snacks. Many ants were seen in the bathroom and kitchen. The extra pillowcase (which was never used) was stained, as if it hadn't been washed. The access ramp was made of stones with no rail, making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility.

The setting is interesting. It is a bit far from the city center, and ride‑hailing cars take a while to arrive.
