The location was close to the mall and the rooms—1210, 1217, 1219, 1222—were spacious, the restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes and was child‑friendly; still, I was a bit disappointed with the gate security staff who didn’t direct cars properly toward the lobby, sent us the wrong way and even got into a argument with me. I checked in on Friday the 20th and stayed three nights, and I’d suggest better service‑excellence training for the security team.

This place is super convenient, just a short walk from the mall and city center. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, which is great. Being close to everything makes it easy to grab something to eat or do some shopping quickly.

This hotel is a peaceful spot with friendly staff and good European food, but it's a bit of a trek from the airport. The personnel were très sympathique, and I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. However, the location is a bit far from the airport, which was a drawback for me.
