The building is brand new. The location is not ideal.

The location is excellent and the value is good. I arrived at night and the next day I left for a walk around 10:30 am, left a key to tidy the room, and asked the front desk to clean it; when I returned around 18:30 h the room had not been cleaned, I complained, and the receptionist offered to clean it herself because the housekeeping staff were not there, which I declined as that was not her duty; the hotel offered nothing to address the inconvenience.

Comfortable. The breakfast was fairly average.
