Barking Hotel

I had a short stay with my gyal, which wasn’t even planned, but it turned out to be a lovely experience! The night staff, especially Anash, were absolutely amazing and even helped guide us to our room, which we really appreciated. I also had the pleasure of meeting Bob, who was equally lovely and welcoming. The only downside was housekeeping knocking on the door every morning to ask if we needed anything. While I appreciate the intention, being woken up by loud banging on the door wasn’t ideal, especially when trying to enjoy a relaxing stay. It would be better if this could be handled more discreetly or if guests were given the chance to request housekeeping themselves. Overall, the staff made the experience worthwhile, and despite that small inconvenience, I’d definitely consider coming back again! ⭐️❤️

“Great value for money, awesome staff, safe.”

Great value for money, very friendly and welcoming staff, rooms are warm and clean, the hotel is very well maintained. Designated smoking area in the back. Safe. Convenient location, right next to the subway (which is a direct ride to London centre without layovers)

“I enjoy my stay clean , comfortable good hospitality”

The location is fantastic with great transport links on the opposite side of the road, but the key card kept chipping out, so I had to go outside to enter and sometimes it wouldn’t let me in at all, forcing me to go to reception to get it recharged.

Nothing positive. Everything was terrible: the owner didn’t know how to talk to guests, even shouted at me to get lost and leave; he told me that because I’m from Iran I could do whatever I wanted. I’d strongly suggest staying away from this hotel, and the booking app’s customer service was awful—no response to any of our messages.
