“Pesimo hotel”

The location is perfect but the facilities are very old and neglected. The room was infested with cockroaches. I rented a room with a whirlpool tub and it didn’t even work. Breakfast was only bread, fruit and yogurt.

“Need refund for this type of experience”

Nothing positive. I arrived after 12 am in the first room. The bathroom and kitchen area had roaches, the floor was soaking wet around the bed, and I reported it to FD who changed my room. In the second room there was no blanket for the bed, no Wi‑Fi, the remote didn’t work, no clean sheets – it was horrible. I fell asleep, woke up and there was a roach in the bed with me. They should not be on Booking. The housekeeping was not available. I told the front desk I would check out in the morning, he said he understood. When I went to check out in the morning no one was at the front desk to give the key, so I just left it there. I’ve been trying to call the hotel for 4 days to straighten things out but no one answers their phone.

Nothing positive. The property was disgusting. The door latch was broken. The tub was cracked and there were roaches.
