The room stayed tidy and quiet, and the AC worked fine. However, no TV was present even though the ad promised one, water didn't start flowing until about 8 PM on the 4th floor and then kept fluctuating, and when I asked the front desk for help they offered a staff toilet that lacked a light.

Communication was terrible: no staff could be reached by phone or the booking app’s message center, and it seemed like they didn’t care about customer support at all.

Nothing good to note. The AC leaked, the sink had no water, and the TV was broken.

The room was spacious, but the equipment was extremely basic. The shower flow was barely enough, the shower head was broken, there was nothing to put a toiletry bag or toilet paper on, no toilet seat cover like the ones found everywhere in Asia, and the air‑conditioning was archaic and very loud.
