I stayed in a quiet spot on a plain street in le Grazie, with a view of the promenade and the sea. The rooms were big enough and clean, and the breakfast varied. The staff were very friendly and ready to meet any request. No particular issues to note.

The location by the yacht harbour is very appealing, right on the promenade, and the hotel restaurant served a-la-carte dinners with a great menu and excellent service. A big pool is also a plus. The rooms are small but properly furnished; the bathrooms could be improved by enlarging the mini shower cabin, maybe at the expense of the bidet. Breakfast is served in a pleasant atmosphere, but for a longer stay it becomes monotonous – we stayed 10 days and it was practically the same each day. The pool was open, but there was no drink service on site.

The welcome and service were flawless, the vibe relaxed, and the pool enjoyable. The restaurant is very good and the location along the small harbour is perfect. It’s a bit far for visiting Cinque Terre by transport.

The mattress is comfortable, the room is clean, and breakfast is good. The room shows wear – dirty walls, a loose paint strip – and the pool isn’t heated, the ladder is green and the skimmers are dirty. There was a wedding celebration nearby and the place feels isolated.
